This practice is curated to gently move the body while cultivating full awareness of the breath. It focuses primarily on lengthening and stretching the muscles to invite fluency and ease into the systems. The class will promote softness and relief from whatever you currently manage physically and emotionally.

The Soundbath is a therapeutic full-body listening and feeling experience. Erica intentionally uses the resonance of gongs and Crystal Bowls to vibrate the cells to oscillate at a higher frequency to generate coherent cellular communication. The meditative practice will ultimately generate a quantum field of conscious awareness and phenomenal physiological healing. Give yourself permission to slow down, rest and receive.

The workshop will allow you to learn some of the basics of SPT, the Six Stances of Emergence and to explore the deep wisdom that your body holds. This will be done while moving with others in a gentle and freeing manner -  – and  while working on some real-life situations where you’re feeling “stuck”, that is, you don’t know how to move forward. Amazingly, while doing so, you will not need to disclose anything of a confidential personal nature to anyone. It is open to all ages, races and body shapes. It is an opportunity to tune in to and listen to your body and to allow it to lead you forward into new possibilities and perspectives.
