This is a unique experience where participants get to connect with the innate intelligence of their body through movement, sound and breath, entering into a space of profound inner alchemy where what is meant to be shed is released and what is calling to be brought back to life is revealed. Attendees can expect to come out feeling expansive in their heart, connected to the wisdom of their body and inspired to take aligned action. The teachings on offer are surrendering to the flow of life and trusting the innate intelligence of your body and the deep knowing of your heart.
