About me
Katina, a former competitive dancer, transitioned into yoga, seeking new ways of self-expression through movement. She has completed 200 hours of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow teacher training. With her rich background in sports and dance, she brings a unique energy to her classes, continually deepening her practice on and off the mat. Katina's teaching focuses on accessibility, community, and play. She invites everyone to experience a welcoming and unifying approach to yoga, where mindfulness and connection are at the forefront of every practice.
