She has traveled alone to over 50 countries, teaching yoga across four continents and sharing her journey through photos and prose along the way. Lauren is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, photographer, and storyteller originally from Montreal, Canada. In 2016, she founded Yoga Academy International, a school that has quickly grown to become one of the most widely recognized yoga schools worldwide, known for incredible training abroad and the highest standard of education in yoga.
