Named “All Star” and accompanied by a full-page spread by Women’s Health Magazine and a “Bravery driven badass” by Notable, Lauren Rudick is an outspoken but exuberant light in the world. She has traveled alone to over 50 countries, teaching yoga across four 4-continents and sharing her journey through photos and pros along the way. Lauren is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, photographer and story teller originally from Montreal, Canada. In 2016, she founded Yoga Academy International, a school that has quickly grown to become one of the most widely recognized yoga schools worldwide, known for incredible trainings abroad and the highest standard of education in yoga.
