Maria est une passionnée d'apprentissage. Elle a commencé le yoga parce qu'elle voulait apprendre quelque chose de différent. C'est ainsi qu'après un certain temps de pratique, elle décide de suivre la formation de yoga qui l'aide à retrouver sa force et sa voix. Pour Maria, le yoga est une exploration individuelle du corps. C'est la danse qui se produit entre le mouvement et la respiration lors de la pratique, l'union entre l'esprit, le corps et le cœur, la découverte du moi intérieur et du centre intérieur.

Maria is an avid learner. She started yoga because she wanted to learn something different. After practicing for a while, she decided to pursue yoga teacher training, which helped her discover her strength and voice. For Maria, yoga is an individual exploration of the body. The dance between movement and breathing during practice, the union of the mind, body, and heart, and the journey to find the inner self and center are all vital aspects of her experience.
