Tina is a Breathwork facilitator, as well as personal trainer and nutrition coach. What is most important to her is openness, vulnerability and authenticity. She is on a mission to guide others through the journey of self discovery allowing them to shed the layers, that are blocking them from finding their full potential. She believes that growth lies in stepping out of your comfort zone and that is exactly what she helps other do. Her approach is simple yet powerful and she has the ability to support a group through the process of complete liberation.
