Le concept du Alibi Lounge fut élaboré par son fondateur, Alex Mate. Dans le passé, Alex a voyagé à travers l'Amérique du Nord où il a fait la tournée des bars de prestige. C’est alors qu’il fut impressionné par les différentes créations de cocktails et il tenait à les partager avec nous, à son retour à Hudson. Son objectif consistait à rapporter des idées de cocktails hauts de gamme, concoctés avec soin.
The Alibi Lounge was born out of an idea from its founder Alex Mate. Over the years, Alex has travelled to many of North America’s top-rated cocktail bars, was amazed by the creations, and wanted to share this with everyone back home. The idea was to bring high-end, well-crafted cocktails to Hudson.
