Le Hudson Food Collective (HFC) est une organisation à but non lucratif située à Hudson (Québec) dont la mission est de développer des connaissances, des compétences et des relations autour d'une alimentation écologique, saine et juste. Parmi les événements, ateliers et projets du HFC, le plus connu est la ferme communautaire Hudson Heartbeet, une petite ferme maraîchère diversifiée, certifiée biologique, située sur un terrain municipal qui sert également d'espace de rassemblement, d'apprentissage et de culture d'aliments sains pour les gens, la planète et l'économie locale.
The Hudson Food Collective (HFC) is a non-profit organization in Hudson (Quebec) whose mission is to build knowledge, skills, and relationships around food that is ecological, healthful, and just. Among the HFC’s events, workshops and projects, the best-known is the Hudson Heartbeet Community Farm, a small-scale, certified organic, diversified vegetable farm on municipal land that also serves as a space for gathering, learning, and growing food that is healthy for people, the planet, and the local economy.
