Taverna était une vision de MJ et Tino depuis environ 3 ans. Tino a toujours voulu ouvrir un autre restaurant à Hudson, après le soutien que la ville leur a démontré avec le Main Kitchen. Ils ont toujours cru que Hudson était une "destination gastronomique" avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours, et qu'elle devenait une destination pour les dîneurs et les amateurs de bars. La vision de Tino et MJ pour Taverna est un décor semi-industriel d'influence méditerranéenne, avec un menu fluide qui change régulièrement. Taverna was a vision of MJ and Tino for about three years. Tino always wanted to open another restaurant in Hudson after the overwhelming support the town has given them with the Main Kitchen. They have always believed in Hudson as a “food scene,” with many great restaurants surrounding it, and becoming a destination place for diners and bar hoppers. Tino and MJ's vision of Taverna was Mediterranean-influenced semi-industrial decor with a flowing menu that would change on a regular basis.
