There are many misconceptions about breathing. In the health and wellness/medical and yoga worlds, breath has often been misunderstood, and advice has been incorrect and sometimes even unhealthy.   Breath is the easiest and most direct way to impact your nervous system, reduce stress and pain, control and improve your mood and physiology, and give you overall well-being. This class promises to provide accurate and easily understood scientific information, teach you what the ideal functional breath is, and give you tools that you can use in your daily life and your yoga practice that will have you feeling better than you ever thought possible.
